Current Appeal ● Aadam Life Care Centre 3: The Time To Act Is Now!
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Aadam Life Care International (ALC) website, services, and any transactions, including donations. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms, which are subject to change.
Aadam Life Care International is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) registered in England and Wales under Charity Number 1200961.
The charity is governed by its Foundation Constitution, which ensures all activities are strictly aligned with our charitable objects: to preserve, protect, and improve the health and quality of life for people living with a disability worldwide, and to relieve financial hardship.
Aadam Life Care International (ALC) operates on a unique and highly efficient funding model. We guarantee that 100% of all public donations are channeled directly to charitable activities (programs, aid, and direct beneficiary support) without any deductions for overhead.
All administrative, salary, maintenance, marketing, and operational expenses are fully covered by our supporting entity, ALMA’s Business. This means zero percent of your donation is used for ALC’s internal running costs.
Unless specifically restricted by the donor, all donations will be allocated to the area of greatest need across our global programs (Pakistan, Nepal, Uganda) to maximize impact on the ground.
We are currently not yet recognised by HMRC for Gift Aid purposes. If eligible, Gift Aid will be claimed and used to directly fund charitable programs.
All content, including text, images, videos, logos, and the ALC branding, is the property of Aadam Life Care International or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our express written permission.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
